TruthMatrix is a product of EmerTech, based in Southland, New Zealand. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide through our contact form solely to respond to your enquiry. Your form submission is delivered to us via email (using Resend, an email delivery service). We do not store your information in a database or use it for any purpose other than responding to your message.

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties, except as necessary to deliver the email (via Resend).

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 collects anonymised usage data including:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • How you arrived at our site (referral source)
  • Your general geographic region (not precise location)
  • Device type and browser

This data helps us understand which content is useful and improve the site. GA4 data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish between visitors. These cookies are:

  • _ga: Distinguishes unique visitors. Expires after 2 years.
  • _ga_*: Maintains session state. Expires after 2 years.

These cookies do not contain personal information. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.
